I was born in India and spent a decade building a life in the United States, the kind of life that looks tidy on a résumé and rarely tells you what a person is actually doing with their hours.
By profession I'm a Program Manager. I've spent years inside the spaces where large organizations try to change themselves, including at EY, and I've learned that the work I love most isn't the plan on the wall, it's the quiet negotiation between people who are being asked to be brave.
Outside of that, I teach yoga (200-hour certified, in the Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative traditions), lead children through afternoons of paint and paper as an arts educator and spend as much time as I can in museum galleries, drawn to whatever a painting is quietly arguing for. Different rooms, same instinct, helping people notice what they'd otherwise walk past. I write, when the writing insists.
None of these are hobbies exactly, and none of them are the whole picture. They're dimensions of one life. This site is the orbit between them.

In her own words

"The corporate world taught me systems. Yoga taught me nervous systems. The museum taught me that a great painting is a system too, a still argument about how to be human. I move between them because I need all three to think clearly."
