Somatic Wellness.
A practice for people who have already tried thinking their way out of it.
A lens borrowed from Dalí.
I often begin with Salvador Dalí's Woman with Flower Head (c. 1937) — a figure whose face is a bouquet, whose thinking has been quietly replaced by blooming. It's a strange, beautiful lens into somatic healing.
Because healing moves from sensation to story, not the other way around. You don't think your way out of a tense nervous system. You feel your way out.
The practice on this page is built for that direction of travel — body first, meaning later, and only if it wants to come.
